A little while ago, a new neighborhood for the Sims 3 was released. Lunar Lakes takes a completely different approach then the usual worlds that we are used to in The Sims. This world has a spacey sci-fi theme.

EA has posted the video below, which shows us more of the social features coming to The Sims 3: Showtime.

On Tuesday, March 6, EA will hold a special event on the GDC. They’ve dubbed the event the “Game Changers Event”. Maxis is scheduled to announce something big on the event.

The Sims 3: Lunar Lakes, a new downloadable world for the Sims 3, is available for download now.

Some new screens have been posted on the official The Sims 3 Facebook page.

Sims maxin’ and relaxin’ by the pool. The water is never so crisp as it is in Lunar Lakes. Pure, blue,and pollution free! (Remember what the water looked like in Bridgeport? Yuck.)

The official The Sims 3 Facebook page has reached two more milestones, meaning that they have released some new screens of Lunar Lakes, the upcoming new downloadable world for the Sims 3!

EA will organize another live chat for the Sims 3: Showtime. This chat will give more of an insight in SimPort, the new online feature of the Sims 3.
